About the Collection

The two piece collection at 298 Mulberry Street was carefully selected based on my client's desire to draw young, professionals (with an appreciate for art) to the property. We chose Monica Perez's Broom Triptych for the entryway, as the organic movement in the painting contrasts nicely with the lobby's chic interior. For a mirrored alcove near the elevator landing, we selected D.A. Metrov's Pax Bear Goddess as a departure from the expected.
